They run a little bigger than the size chart says, so don't go up a size or they'll look like clown shoes. The elastic is tight enough to keep them in place, but loose enough to make slipping on the posable legs a breeze. I thought it would be noteworthy to mention that the sole and toe box are not white. They are yellowish white. It doesn't bother me, but some might.
