This product is a bit strange because it is universal. The idea behind it is solid. Setup time is much longer than specialized devices, but also much cheaper. The mechanical processing of the parts is quite pleasant. Tolerances are within 1/1000th of an inch and parts are well anodized. My only issue with the design is that one of the pointer extensions does not screw into the dial indicator. Also, the extensions don't run perfectly straight due to mating surface issues.
