I bought this because the house we moved into already had that particular model but it was old, broken and was missing. parts. I ordered the exact same thing for ease of installation, but it was far from easy. The old one had a tunnel so I had to take it apart and install the tunnel before fitting it into the door. The metal clips for the mounting screws were lost so they wouldn't stay in place and fell off 3 times during installation. Each time I had to reopen and reinstall it. I was already overjoyed during the installation, the madness was finally over, but then another problem arose. The red handle is very difficult to control. So hard. You need pliers to twist it. I feel like there must be some tool or there is a problem. I've disassembled and reinstalled it and everything is fine, but it just doesn't spin easily. I would love to get a newer model or a different model because this thing is just frustrating.
