Not intended for weightlifting

I bought this based on the ingredients listed which should give really great results. There is only one review for it on Revain, and that review does not indicate whether the reviewer has actually used it. He just breaks down the ingredients and tells everyone what to do. So I knew I was injecting in the dark. I started with an almost full scoop and felt what could have been a very slight burst of energy for about 45 minutes. This has happened to some of the PWOs I've tried that were ads but didn't work. What was different about NutraBio PWO is that I crashed afterwards. And crashed hard! I've been using PWO for about 6 years now and have tried at least 10 brands. I've always read about people having an accident and although I've gotten really tired on many occasions, I've never experienced such a loss of energy before. It was like my physical and mental energy was drained. I was wondering if it was L-Theanine as I remember it being an unusual ingredient for PWO. But even if this supplement contains 350 mg of caffeine, that should be enough to neutralize L-theanine. I have previously used another mental clarity supplement that contains 200mg of caffeine and 200mg of L-theanine and it has worked fairly well. three training sessions per week. I will not risk losing another day of training because of this and will not continue to use it. There are two PWOs that I use regularly and I'll stick with the ones I have to add, they're $5-$10 less. than this one, as well as using natural sweeteners, flavorings, etc. Also, just for the record, this bothered me so much that I made time to do another workout the very next day, this time with one of my regular PWOs. And it was all there: energy, stamina, focus, etc. The only good thing I can say about it is that it tastes like iced tea, but I suspect even a glass of real iced tea would be more efficient. This is the first time I've used PWO, which not only didn't help my workout, it seemed to interfere with it. Really disappointing experience.
