These bulbs are much brighter than original bulbs, use less electricity and produce less heat! They are designed for voltages from 12 to 24 volts. My husband checked the voltage in our 12 volt RV and it was indeed 13.2 volts. Other cheaper bulbs can burn at 13.2 and pose a fire hazard. Not those bulbs, rated at up to 24V, I felt much calmer. Easy to paste. Great bulbs, I'm ordering two more sets! The color is much whiter! I've added a picture of a two bulb light fixture, the faint amber light is the original bulb, the brighter white light is the new bulbs I ordered from Revain. And the picture doesn't do the bulbs justice. The difference was HUGE but the picture still gives an idea.
