After the seller contacted them they said they would replace it if i give them another chance or refund the money if not i decided to try again it was shipped fast fast shipping after i got it had fully charged, and then 10psi each in 2-35" tires and battery dead, charged, they did the same and made 4 more car tires that had plenty of battery life left, so I would recommend closing them after the first charge use and then charge before storing them for use and personally i add my calendar to check every 2 months of non use bottom line it costs money and they are behind it ps I don't normally give a failed product a second chance , glad I made it this time
