The MiniBoatin' on YT provides you with all the information you need to install it on your Future Beach Explorer kayak. It's very easy and won't take long. I think it took me 30 minutes from start to finish. I like the usefulness of this update; I mainly use it to store my wallet and keys. I recommend packing your items in a waterproof bag or box. I don't really trust the bag that comes with the hatch to keep things completely dry. Also, I have to say that the hatch definitely makes the kayak "cooler" than the cheap rubber cover that comes with the boat.
