Best just to keep warm
Easy to clean, just plug in. However - I don't like that there is no way to control the temperature. The meat that was soaked in it for 10 hours didn't get hot enough to even cook it, so I threw the meat away because I didn't trust it. I'll keep it in case I need sauce or something else warm, but no more. Do not buy this again or anything from this company.
