I really love how easy this tool is to use. You can create multiple feeds, each with their own theme, and then you are able to customize your tweets so that they automatically update when new information is posted. You can also track how many people are reading your tweet, as well as how many followers you have. It's very simple and intuitive, but I do wish there was more customization available. Having to create profiles for each person who will be tweeting from our website is not always necessary. We used this product to post updates about our weekly sales meetings to our twitter followers.
