Easy set up of application, we are able to connect different applications with one interface (REST). There is no documentation which complicates work in some cases. I've got problem when trying change parameters using cURL or HTTP POST method - not sure what's wrong but it looks like my code didn't have proper permission and that was why I wasn't allowed to use this features, otherwise there would be more easy way to solve issue without manual changes in settings. We're solving issues between web apps and mobile app by sending request from our server via REST/JSON APIs where both sides uses same format as required. The product is very easy to integrate with Salesforce Chatter which helps in real time integration of sales force automation apps like ZenDesk or Zendesk as well customer service applications such as Intercom etc., I have used this component from last 1 year now but haven't found any issues yet so far! This has helped us enhance our productivity by providing all required functionalities at one place without having much hassle while integrating them together.
