Excellent customer service

Just want to start by giving customer service 5 stars. I was so excited to upgrade our other dual dvd player, read hundreds of reviews and choose this one. After installing all of this in our car, the auxiliary (secondary) monitor was very dark and grainy, and the picture quality was just terrible no matter what settings I tried to correct. But the main monitor was great. So I contacted support and they sent me a new slave monitor with a new cable for free to see if that fixed the problem. They also allowed me to keep the original slave monitor and not send it back. So, I connected a new one and it was exactly the same. Dark grainy terrible quality so I don't know if this is a real issue with someone else or if I just have a bad main monitor, not sure. But I contacted customer service again and they gave me two options, either return everything and get a full refund or keep it and give me half my money back. Well, I've got rid of the other one and my little one loves his DVD player. The main monitor looks and plays great. So instead of sending everything back, I went with the second option - give me half the money back. They responded quickly and solved the problem. I appreciate your business. If my second monitor was the same quality as the main monitor I would have no complaints at all and I would easily get 5 stars. I am not sure.
