We bought these for a long trip with our kids. At 3,4 and 10 years, 12+ hours in the car should have been an adventure to say the least. They came and I installed them and tied them to the headrest and the only time we heard a complaint was when they needed a new movie to watch. The sound was excellent, as was the picture quality. The screen was large enough to be seen from the back seat of the van.

The only reason this review cannot be given a 5 star rating is that the power cord does not fit in our minivan. The cable is 57 inches long and we need another 6 inches to reach it. (So we use an adapter with extra power ports, which adds about 12 inches and makes it easy to plug everything in.) Just want to start by giving customer service 5 stars. I was so excited to upgrade our other dual dvd player, read hundreds of reviews and choose this one. After installing all of this in our car, the auxiliary (secondary) monitor was very dark and grainy, and the picture quality was just terrible no matter what settings I tried to correct. But the main monitor was great. So I contacted support and they sent me a new slave monitor with a new cable for free to see if that fixed the problem. They
