Review on leikefitness by Bryan Gibbons

Recent interactions with leikefitness' customer service were awful. I ordered a set of dumbbells from their website, however one of them was harmed when it was delivered. When I contacted their customer care department to ask for a replacement, I received unhelpful and disrespectful responses. To eventually get a replacement sent out, it took weeks of back-and-forth emails and phone conversations, and even then, it arrived considerably later than anticipated. I had the impression that the entire time, I was being ignored and not taken seriously. While I acknowledge that mistakes do occur, the way leikefitness handled this circumstance was totally inappropriate. I won't be doing business with them again in the future because of their lack of compassion and willingness to assist a client in need. Overall, I would advise anyone considering making a purchase from leikefitness to reconsider.
