Great tool with room (and need)for improvement

The ability to have all of your leads in one place makes it easy to see what's going on for each prospect. It also allows you to easily share information between team members. I wish there was an easier way to manage my time. There are so many features that it can be difficult to use all of them at once. Also, some of the features are not as intuitive as they could be. Lead scoring is key for us. We use this feature to help prioritize our work. This helps us focus our efforts on the most qualified prospects.

  • Easy setup
  • Intuitive interfaceEasy integration with Salesforce/CRM.
  • Great support if issues arise,
  • Flexible reporting suite (in both Excel & Power BI)
  • Full sales pipeline visualization
Cons
  • Not great mobile experience
  • Can get bogged down by too much data loading into account or lead fields
  • Too overwhelming when looking through multiple tabs
