Not what I ordered: grater, vegetable cutter and slicer

Instead of a paring knife and a sticking/chopper, I got two sticking/choppers. I kept them because I use an apple peeler for this because that's all I really need. If you want to make applesauce or butter, order ahead of apple season so you have everything you need. Gift? Who donates a replacement blade?
