Review on Exhaust Manifold 1999 5 2003 Powerstroke Diesel by Shaun Bushey
Tolerances disabled - mismatch
Exhaust holes do not match holes on head. In general, the ports are too close together. I ended up tossing them in the grinder and sanding the connectors using the Fel-Pro MS93489 as a guide. This Fel-Pro gasket has been tested on the block and on the original manifold that came with the engine.
