Exhaust Manifold 1999 5 2003 Powerstroke Diesel Review

Fits better than I expected. They are cool. If you have no exhaust system experience or a lot of experience, seek help from someone who has experience. It requires a lot of disassembly to install them.

Everything is fine. Port cleaning is required. the passenger side was great. the driver's side didn't fit at all, but I didn't mount it on a pickup truck. Good alignment with the top tubes and spacers was a nice bonus.

Installed without any problems. Just typical tedious work that is in a 20-year-old truck. The product itself seems good. As far as I can see it's OEM quality. I had a question or two and the users here were happy to answer them. If you need collectors I would recommend them.

Exhaust holes do not match holes on head. In general, the ports are too close together. I ended up tossing them in the grinder and sanding the connectors using the Fel-Pro MS93489 as a guide. This Fel-Pro gasket has been tested on the block and on the original manifold that came with the engine.

Bolted well I was a bit skeptical about gaskets but they make a good seal if you have an old truck and want to fit an EGT sensor just do yourself a huge favor and buy these Drill and tap, then install on the truck. One note, while you have the headers it's time to get into the pipes.

I intend to use this on my 1999.5 F350 Daily Driver. It's not always easy to find quality parts to match the 'old blue' so I was very happy to find this kit. Upon arrival the package was in good condition. The set was complete, fully consistent with the description and met my expectations. I haven't had a chance to install it in my truck yet.

It took us weeks to get the truck to the store as they were so busy we lost the window to go back. One side didn't fit even with a lot of effort in the garage. I had to buy another one to commemorate the car. I don't recommend going through a dealer, maybe spend more on parts but they fit and are less complicated.
