I have dry, wavy, thick and long gray hair. It's hard to find a conditioner or mask that doesn't weigh my hair down and helps make it softer and more manageable. I received a sample of this mask from a famous hair and beauty store. Surprisingly it worked so I came here where they offer it for $20 less. I was really hoping this conditioner would moisturize and soften my fine, highlighted hair. Especially for the price. A little is enough, but the product just didn't meet my expectations.

My wife loves this! She got it in a Sephora cosmetic bag and she loved it so much I decided to buy her the full size for Christmas. Seven months have passed and she's only running out of money because it doesn't take much to get the job done. She loves the feel of her hair and I love the way her hair smells. All round victory!

So the conditioner is thick and I like it but not at this price. I'm willing to shell out up to $200 for a good air conditioner, so it's not a price issue I'm arguing about. This product deserves 5 stars. I don't use it as a real mask, but as a balm after washing my hair. I don't leave it on my hair, I comb it with my fingers and wash it out immediately. If you have damaged hair I think it will make a great mask. It leaves my hair thick yet smooth. I use the same shampoo. This works for me - I have very heavy, thick hair that is length and cut. I have a hard time finding a shampoo/conditioner that doesn't leave my hair frizzy, overly moisturized and greasy.

For me it was not worth the money. My hair is very thin and dry, breaks from constant sun exposure. I was hoping that this hair mask would replenish some of the moisture in my hair and prevent breakage, but I didn't notice a difference and almost used the entire container. I didn't really like the smell either. Reminds me of unscented lotion.

I can't live without this hair mask! I have straight hair and this mask doesn't weigh my hair down. It makes my hair so soft and shiny until I wash it again. I use it with the volumizing shampoo paste, the best combination! Expensive...that's the only negative.

3 stars instead of less because I've only used it twice. I'm an avid Wen user and I feel like my hair gets better if I just leave Wen on all the time instead of rinsing it out early and then putting it on my hair for 20 minutes. In my opinion it's really not worth the money unless you're used to using $5 shampoos and conditioners on your hair.
