I like that this software can be used as an internal system or external to other systems (such us Zendesk). It's easy enought use but it doesn't has too many options in order not get losted when i need something specificly so sometimes its hard find what you want even if there are multiple option available under one category! Maybe more user friendly interface? Also maybe add some extra features such notifications via sms/email etc., also support ticket management through zenDesk would help solving our problems regarding tickets tracking. We're using NovaAlert internally at work just because we don´nt had any problem until now since they offer free trial period before buying themselfe which makes me think about their quality level compared against others competitors offers out market place.
