I like that it allows you to run different types of queries such as drill downs etc into multiple tables at once without having too many tabs open or windows up for more than necessary.

Sometimes certain functions don't show properly when there are large amounts of data being pulled through so this could be improved if possible. Overall its been very helpful especially since we've had some recent changes made by our IT department which has meant alot of downtime due to system issues but reporting work bench seems better suited towards solving these problems rather then causing them themselves! We have used RWWB primarily because initially they were not able to support us fully using other tools (such as Tableau) however over time their products functionality increased making use much easier now compared to before.
