Not very difficult to fit although fitting will take some practice. Most of the bubbles were easily removed, assuming the two that couldn't be removed were due to glue building up on my work surface. Heat helps a lot with molding around corners and sometimes with bubbles. For beginners I would recommend just covering large flat areas and pre-cutting with the backing attached. If a better fit is preferred I would recommend using additional material to practice cutting the vinyl. It's difficult to get the right print without going all the way, so I added a scratch under the laptop's hinge. Since the currently available skins do not cover important areas of the laptop and the cases available do not allow using the laptop in tablet mode, this product protected well without causing other problems.
