It's easy to use for both clients and employees alike! I love that it allows me to keep track of all conversations with my customers/clients in one place which helps when trying to follow up or respond quickly after sending out emails to them about something they've mentioned during their conversation (it shows where we left off).
This has been helpful while working from home as well since sometimes you're not able to be at your desk due to illness etc. Sometimes it can take awhile before someone responds back if there are multiple people involved so this could help speed things along too :-D Would like more ways to categorize information such as time spent talking vs listening but overall great product!!
