Great system - made easier with support

Totango is easy to navigate, and the staff is always receptive to new ideas. They have a great selection of templates available out of the box, as well as many others that are tailored specifically for our needs. There isn’t much I dislike about Totango, but I can think of certain enhancements that they could make in the future. As long as you know what you want to do in the end, then Totango will take care of the rest! Totango has helped us grow by leaps and bounds since we started using it. It has allowed us to see trends, manage processes and help us make smarter decisions that would have been difficult without seeing data from actual users in the environment. We are using the Tango CRM tool since about 4 months now, and it has been working very well for us so far. It is easy to use and we can see all our contacts and leads at a glance. Sometimes it takes some time to load new data from other tools into Tango. I would recommend everyone who wants to track their sales process, to give it a try! We have used other CRMs before, but never really liked them that much. As an admin, it is great to be able to check everything in one place.
