Bluetooth volume too low to hear - fixed

When I first installed it I thought the Bluetooth wasn't working because I couldn't hear it at all. After googling the problem I found how to increase bluetooth volume with factory settings. Now that the bluetooth volume is set to maximum, I can barely hear the bluetooth if I put my ear to the car's speakers with the engine off. I tried pairing the device with both the Nexus 6P and the iPhone. Both phones have the same problem. There are no problems with the radio volume or applications running on the head unit, this problem only occurs with Bluetooth. What's good about not being able to make calls or stream music from my phone? Update: via vanku tech support, it turned out that the problem was caused by the car only having two speakers which I connected to the rear channel of the head unit as they are in the back of my truck's cab behind the seat condition . It turns out that BlueTooth phone calls are mainly played through the front speakers. When I soldered the head unit to connect car speakers to the front channels, the problem was solved. There is nothing in the manual about this, not even in the troubleshooting. Other BlueTooth audio files such as streaming music and podcasts will only play when the app is running. This application is hidden in the applications menu and not on the home screen, although it can be moved to the home screen. On older non-touchscreen head units, the input source is always visible in the user interface and not hidden.
