Very good unit in car video

I had a very expensive JVC unit that broke after two years. This device is nicer. It's easy to use, has a large display and very clear sound. I wanted to get Android Auto Dingle but I set up my phone as a hotspot and then downloaded the app I use on the radio and it's better than the Android version. I love it.

Very disappointed with Car & Vehicle Electronics

I had problems with the main unit turning off randomly and not turning on for a while, only turned off when it wanted to, I told them about this problem and they sent another one, which was very professional but he showed up once again and now he won't tune in or do anything like last time. I removed it and installed it professionally for the first and last time.

Not compatible with Google contacts

This radio has a very serious software error. You cannot import your Google contacts. None of the Google Contacts speed dial widgets work to quickly dial a phone number or open a frequently used contact. Other customers have reported the issue on the Vanku support bulletin board (see forum.vanku.tech) with no response from the company. . The problem was also discussed in the xda-developers forum, but no solution was found.

To update. Pretty good customer service. My new block is on the way.

(My first device) randomly freezes, loads at least 2 minutes. Lots of issues with Google Maps and YouTube freezing and I couldn't hear people over bluetooth when they called, bluetooth music played normally through my phone. (UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. MY NEW DEVICE SHOULD BE ON THE ROAD NOW, UPDATE AS YOU MAY GET). Get it and let me know if my problems are resolved. I will give the seller 5 stars for customer service unless I have a reason to change it.

Bluetooth volume too low to hear - fixed

When I first installed it I thought the Bluetooth wasn't working because I couldn't hear it at all. After googling the problem I found how to increase bluetooth volume with factory settings. Now that the bluetooth volume is set to maximum, I can barely hear the bluetooth if I put my ear to the car's speakers with the engine off. I tried pairing the device with both the Nexus 6P and the iPhone. Both phones have the same problem. There are no problems with the radio volume or applications running
