Wine and I repaired damage to wine corks and bottling machines

These wine filters are amazing. They work just as well as sticks but are much cheaper. I've used them in 6-8 fl oz red and white wines and aged at least 8 minutes. As mentioned, adding a tea chain would make it easier to remove from the jar. Whether the filters affect the taste, aroma or texture, I didn't notice a difference 98% of the time. In one case, the astringency became more palatable so that it didn't linger in the mouth for too long. I suppose whether it's positive or negative is personal preference. I most likely have an intolerance to tannins and/or antihistamines versus sulphites. Sulphites do not cause headaches. from what i have read. However, if you want to stay on lower sulphites, look to organic, "organic grape” wine or South African wine. I usually get a mild to moderate headache shortly after drinking and feel a little heavy the next day. Now I can enjoy a drink or three without my body trying to "protect" me.
