I don't usually leave reviews on products I buy that I don't like, but this is out of control. I run a busy coffee shop in a tourist town and was so excited to find an inexpensive carafe that could handle boiling water that wasn't glass. In total I've bought about 10 of these over the past 2 years and it's my fault for sticking with him. After just a few days of normal use, the bottom corners will break off and wear out, rendering the entire carafe unusable. This company really needs to update this stuff so little bumps and reuse don't damage the product. I was so disappointed and found one of the bartenders too rude so I bought a replacement... but after breaking one, I found that the product was just defective. Too bad I didn't read such a review before spending my money. I'd rather use glasses and take a risk if someone drops them back and forth.
