Redagon has changed. for the worse.

I've been a Redragon fan for years. I have their original 19 button gaming mouse that they released. I have several other mice and keyboards from them that I bought many years ago. I have never had any problems and have bought mice specifically for their availability and customization (programmable buttons). Well we have just moved and my daughter who had just received my used gaming laptop needed a wireless mouse. Without thinking, I turned to Redragon, specifically their wireless mice. It never occurred to me to search for "programmable" in the description because ALL of their mice used to be programmable. Well like all great products the mouse arrived on time and I went to download the software and noticed there was no driver CD in the box (who uses CDs anyway but noticed it was missing anyway). After searching their websites, google, and other technology download sites, I concluded that there was no driver. So I tried installing similar Redgraon mouse software and it said the mouse was not recognized. Finally, I tried the aftermarket software and yet the top buttons, which are normally reserved for changing dpi and which I program as other functions, were not found. Upon further review of their mice on Amazon, it turned out that they no longer offer low-budget programmable mice. Reach as they once did. I have a Redragon Blade, a 9-button wireless programmable mouse that I bought from Amazon in 2018 for about $20. This is my work mouse and I thought it would be similar. Unfortunately that's no longer an option, whether it's this mouse or something similar, and I have to contact a new company for support.
