Ten feet isn't much for the job. I bought this to protect the starter wire harness on my Plymouth 62 which I put the connectors on so I will update it when it gets real heat experience. I had no problem pulling the shroud over the stock clamps or stock hard heat shield material. I wish they had included more than two ends of shrink wrap. I used a 24" piece on my wiring harness and plan to make wire boots out of the rest of the material by rolling it on itself and slipping it over the wires. For the price much better than ready made overshoes for a small part. Price.
