This is a quality material and the size is perfect for small tubes, it stretches a bit so you can do 5/8 and maybe 3/4 but I wouldn't too stretch a lot a lot, otherwise you will lose the protective properties. Matches perfectly with the wiring harness I have on my truck. I've been to every auto parts and hardware store in my area and couldn't find anything comparable in stock. One layer of this material doesn't do much as it's fireproof, but not a very effective insulator (I tested).
