Actually, I only use my diving watch for diving or diving trips. I had this watch before and lost it. It's not a bad dive watch, but I'd make a few tweaks if I could. 1. I would like the women's watch faces to be larger but not as big as the men's. This is the next size up. Small wrists don't mean better eyesight. It's just stupid. But the face is next bigger, bigger, huge and heavy.2. The best (not necessarily more expensive) dive watches have a screw-down crown and an O-ring to prevent internal leakage. This crown is used like a normal watch. That makes me nervous. But for the price, it's a good dive watch. I always swap out the strap for a full-length Waterbourne nylon strap or something similar. (It's tough, but worth it.) Here's why: with the strap that most watches have, if you snag and lose the needle, you'll lose the watch. It will fall through the water column before you can catch it. If you lose a pin on a continuous bracelet, your watch will dangle on another pin but not be lost. This has happened to me more than once when putting on my scuba gear. You can obviously feel the watch flutter on your wrist and you know to take it off and replace the stylus. I also have a spare pin in my repair kit. (I lost the watch not because I lost the pin, but because I stupidly stuffed it in my pocket. It must have slipped out later when I picked up the phone.) So of course I would buy this watch again, but Just because I don't have a better choice. UPDATE: A mist of moisture formed on the dial after only 8 dives. After returning home from a trip, I pulled out the stem as I want to set the time for the moisture to evaporate. After 3 days most of the moisture was gone. I would not buy this watch again.
