Good product. It's not very large, but it lends itself well to displaying on the countertop. The one I received was pretty welded together. The first two layers (Joseph and Mary) separated without much effort. It took a while to dissect the sage - they gave instructions on how to dissect them but none of it worked (these smart guys don't open up easily to strangers). Finally, I carefully inserted the blade of my Swiss Army knife between the sections and worked around me until it popped out in pieces. Be careful not to cut into the wood. After disassembling I waxed the seam as instructed and now it works much better without the sage but I keep it piece by piece rather than putting it back together just in case.
