🎅 Unveiling the Enchanting World of Bits Pieces Nativity Matryoshka Figurines Review

They are great for display and beautifully colored but my 4 year old has trouble playing with them. They are difficult to open and seem to break easily with the force required to twist/tear. Maybe they are not intended for toys?

I bought 2 sets of these dolls, one for myself, one for DD who lived in Russia for a while. hoped was cute but has scratches/scuffs on top (mustard yellow doll pictured) but very cute presentable 2nd set is cute but we can't get the bottom of one of the large dolls out (different picture). I emailed Bits and Pieces hoping we could return it and get another set but they just said they would let their quality control department know. Yes, thanks. :(

Good product. It's not very large, but it lends itself well to displaying on the countertop. The one I received was pretty welded together. The first two layers (Joseph and Mary) separated without much effort. It took a while to dissect the sage - they gave instructions on how to dissect them but none of it worked (these smart guys don't open up easily to strangers). I was so curious about the 'dolls' when they arrived when they were supposed to be a gift for a nature collector that I had to open them. The first thing that struck me was that the largest doll was beautifully drawn. I opened this doll and proceeded to the second, which I tried to open several times.
