Review on Samasung BN59 00996A Universal Control Samsung by Theresa Thomas

This remote control has worked perfectly for 7 months. Then the on/off button failed, and "remote control" was no longer an accurate description. The channel buttons work. The product description says there is a 1 year warranty but I am unable to contact the seller - Hughsale Market. Purchased March 27, 2019. I will call Amazon tomorrow to contact the seller. I will write a follow up customer service report. UPDATE: The one-year warranty is worthless if you have no one to contact or no one replies to your emails. Changed from 4 stars to 2. I bought another cheaper money. If it stops working after 6 months, I don't waste time with a new device guarantee. The new remote worked immediately. Now the question is how long? Both remotes are Samsung, as is my TV.
