Light weight and good sound quality.
I work from home I needed a quality headset for video conferencing and phone calls. I've been using cheap headphones with a built-in mic, but I needed something better. Just bought them and they are much better. They are light and comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is much better. Hopefully with a straight mic it doesn't pick up a lot of background noise.
