Very easy to install into an existing lamp. The brightness is adjustable and full light gives a good light source. The app was easy to install and connecting the device was also easy. Cons - When you turn it off and on with the switch it defaults to white light (color at 100%) and brightness at 50%, there's no way to set it to your setting of choice. That means you have to go in and change it if you want it to be different from the default, e.g. B. Color temperature to zero% and brightness to 100%. This seems to annoy my wife who is not tech savvy and has to call me to change this in my app. However, the setting will remain if you don't use the switch and use Alexa or Google devices for voice control.
