This is my go to bra for every day and for light workouts. I struggle finding bras that fit with larger cup size and smaller band. This fits perfectly with no spillage. I'm a 34dd and the medium is perfect. I have contemplated ordering a small for more compression during workouts. I will say that the size chart is way off. It says I should wear a large and that would be too big around at the band. If you are a 32 I would get a small. 34 - medium. And a 36 - large.
