Review on VTech VA17141BK Dect 6.0 Cordless Phone - Caller ID, Wall-Mountable - Black by Brittany Webb

This is the exact phone I had in white. I've had it for many years and this phone was exactly the same in black as I received and hooked it up. I felt something was wrong With the phone with the answer button and end button it worked twice and once I went to answer the call and couldn't press the button or connect. I'm sure it wasn't a new phone as advertised refurbished or refurbished, whatever it is, it's not what I bought and I would never buy anything new. it has to be new, otherwise why waste money at all. I have also returned this product and cannot recommend it under the given circumstances. This is a very good phone, but not from Revain. This isn't the first time I've had many situations with equipment not working, no handles etc etc. I think I'll refrain from buying Revain equipment!
