I am a picky shopper who takes personal grooming seriously, thus I was really dissatisfied with my most recent internet buying experience with FUGJAOJO. Despite their assertions that they provide a carefully chosen selection of beauty goods, my experience was anything but positive. First of all, the things I bought fell short of the quality that was promised. I was concerned about the safety of the contents because the skincare products I received had an offensive chemical smell. The cosmetic items had poor pigmentation and an uneven, unattractive appearance since they did not mix effectively. Also, the level of customer service was lacking. I contacted their support staff to report the problem, but I only received unhelpful and rude comments. They stated that it was "not their responsibility," and they would not issue a refund or an exchange for the defective goods. I've been quite dissatisfied with FUGJAOJO's online store overall. They made hollow promises about providing well chosen cosmetic items to make people look and feel their best. I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit this store and instead to go elsewhere for high-quality cosmetics and dependable customer support.
