Overall the fit is great but needs a few minor adjustments. The plastic is thinner than OEM panels. Reuse the hard foam pieces by pressing in the rivets from above, do not pull on the foam. My x5 had anti-crush pads on either side of the hard foam and you need to widen those holes with a 3/8" drill bit and add a washer to compensate for the thinner plastic. You will also need about 5 feet. 3/8" x 3/8" single-sided adhesive foam and prep the surface with some rubbing alcohol. For the price, the little extra effort is worth it.
