So the body and buds are a lovely pink color and I was very happy to receive my buds. I ran into an issue, the left earbud wouldn't connect, so I searched for errors many times by uninstalling and reinstalling the portable app, testing and charging until I noticed if I put the left earbud on , in case the indicator stays red so I googled the solution for y Reddit was another troubleshooting option so I did it by charging the left ear separately with the case open. It was successful and now I can enjoy my purchase. I was really pissed at first because I never got anything from Revain that didn't work and had already given a bad review, so I rewrote it. I'll play with the boots a bit more and learn all the settings
