This bag is PERFECT for school or kindergarten lunches. The dimensions in the description are accurate (9.75" x 7" x 3.25"). It fits in either a bentgo baby box or a split ziplock container (both sold separately). I can fit 2 small narrow ones Bags with ice packs like Cool Coolers Thin ice packs but they fit just right. I usually put one on the bottom and one on top of my lunch box so this lunch pack was NOT big enough to fit a water bottle in. I can use any Honest Kids Juice Pack or 6.75 fl oz Organic Valley milk carton squeezes into it next to the top ice pack but again it fits snugly and closes easily and nicely There is a small zippered area on the outside of the lunch bag for cutlery to slip in. i never had to use it as i only pack food that can be eaten with hands ready to eat Overall I am very happy with this product.
