They are great. I can make a small pizza whenever I want with whatever I have on hand. No more ordering expensive cakes, most of which are later placed in the fridge to be reheated. I invited my friends to a "pizza party" and everyone made their own special pizza that they really liked. The pans work really well and the pizza dough comes out light and crispy, just the way I like it. The pans are also very easy to clean. Just rinse and throw in the dishwasher. For those making their own dough, I found some helpful tips online for better results: Use regular flour instead of bread flour; Use regular yeast that doesn't grow fast. Add yeast to dry ingredients, not liquid ones; Wrap the dough in cling film and let it "rise" in a warm place for 2-3 hours; Bake the pizza on high heat (450 degrees works well for me) for 15-20 minutes depending on how brown and crispy you like the crust. I've used my bread maker in the dough cycle and got really good results.
