This is the second straightener I have bought. My first worked for almost two years before it wouldn't turn on. I liked it so much that I bought the same one again. This time it only lasted 5 months before the short circuit. I tried to contact the company several times with no response. This was my favorite straightener, but I can't justify spending so much money on a product that doesn't last long. I'm so disappointed that it didn't last once and twice that the company didn't respond after two weeks of messaging.
