Wow, what an improvement over my old rusty grater. This truly durable Progressive International Box Grater is made from 100% stainless steel. Good sharp cutting edges. Stable handle. There are three hole sizes: extra large for potatoes, normal for mozzarella, small for hard cheese, etc. The fourth side can be used for grating fruit skins, etc. It would be nice if the grater had a blade, but it only has four sides. I have a slicing tool so I don't really care. I haven't had any problems with water in the pen as I hand wash. I assume this grater will last for years. I bought it at a great price and it was Revane Prime. solid product.
