Review on Victron BlueSolar MPPT Charge Controller Tools & Equipment by James Vilchez

Buying this to replace my Outback charge controller and Victron likes it a lot better now. I bought a bluetooth dongle because I wanted to use the app. When I connected to the controller for the first time, the app updated the firmware on the dongle and charge controller. So far the controller seems to be doing its job. I have 800 watts of solar power going to my Victron which charges my 48V 800AH batteries. Compared to my Outback it's a lot smaller and a lot simpler. I love how it has a huge heatsink as a base. It is very easy to change the parameters of the controllers through the application and the graphical interface is very user-friendly. I love how the history displays its view with bars so I can instantly see how the weeks/months have been. It's only been 5 days, I hope it lasts.
