I hate to be so honest... But the truth will set me FREE! In terms of ergonomics, this sleeve has helped my arms, wrists, shoulders, neck and back as I could put my hand right up my sleeve! It's very durable (I accidentally dropped it twice) and I love the short handle which makes it easy to carry and I've also tried the long handle and carried it as a crossbody bag which was SO convenient!
