This awesome little radio was exactly what I was looking for - large highly legible display, FM radio, Bluetooth, CD, and excellent sound quality. It was very difficult to find something that checked all of the boxes - most similar radios had a tiny display (some only displayed time in certain modes) which really eliminated them as my choice for a bedroom. This unit from Keiid worked great out of the box (fit and finish were very good and the vinyl wood wrap is as convincing as anything seen on bookshelf speakers from Polk, Wharfedale, etc) and after a software update (outstanding and very responsive customer service, by the way) it’s even better with more responsiveness and 12/24H switchable modes. I find the unit sounds best (true 2-way ported speakers onboard) in "flat” EQ mode with a good balance of bass/treble while allowing for clear midrange. The slot-load CD player works very well with quick load times. Bluetooth has been very solid with no dropouts, distortion or interruptions. If you have a small flat panel TV in your bedroom with substandard sound, use the analog input on this radio and you have a nice "soundbar” too. If you’re looking for a table radio or clock radio, definitely give this one a look for it’s range of features, sound quality and really excellent LCD display.
