Review on Gates 90K-38185 Serpentine Belt Drive Component Kit - Complete Solution for Engine Performance by Chris Santos

I checked all the components of the kit when my shipment arrived and found that the tensioner mounting bolt was missing (which isn't the end of the world) and the pulley on the tensioner was loose. Please watch the attached video. The pulley mounting bolt is as tight as it can be, so I have to assume it's a bad bearing on the pulley. Big disappointment!
