Review on 💡 WiFi Bluetooth Smart Candelabra Light Bulbs by John Bosch

Works quite well, I put three bulbs in the overhead light. I set it up in the recommended Smart Life app (pretty easy) and then linked it to my Google Home. They work fairly well for normal switching on and off, but sometimes one of the three lags or stutters. So when I tell Google to turn off the light, two of the three go off and then sometimes the third after a few seconds, sometimes I have to ask twice. The same thing happens when I switch them to color and try to go back to white, two turn white and one turns red or stays the same color until I ask a second time. There doesn't seem to be any problem turning them on, just turning them off/toggling between white/color. I've noticed that this happens more often when I change the lightbulb mode/color before asking Google to toggle it on/off. Also, I should mention that I've grouped the lightbulbs in the Smart Life app to control them as a group, but they can be controlled separately. Unfortunately, a grouping can only have one of the three in music mode at a time — and even an ungrouped app only allows one in music mode at a time. It doesn't matter to me as the music mode wasn't the deciding factor in my purchase, but those looking for it may be disappointed (I should also add that this could also be user error on my part, since I did). I haven't played with it (there's all this to see exactly how it works, but I haven't seen a way to even put them in music mode when they're grouped, so I feel like it just isn't will do more than one). Otherwise the bulbs are working great so far, I've set them to warm white. If you go to color and then tell google to make the light white, they don't remember the white temperature you set and switch turn on more blue white than warm white. When you say make them warm white, they glow warm white, but you have to specify. Unless occasionally one of the three bulbs is unresponsive/delayed ger, they would be perfect for my personal use. The lag of a single bulb is annoying, but I'll live with it. They're not as bright as the regular dumb LED bulbs I took out, but it's worth being able to tell Google to turn them on and off when my hands get full. I hope that was helpful. Enjoy.
